Rental Policy 

13% HST will be applied to all fees

Fees are to be paid in full upon booking 

A $25 administration fee will be applied to all cancellations. 

Cancellation Policy

Transient Site/Slip cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable 

A-Frame Cottage cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
